Finished products made from these patterns and designs may be sold RETAIL ONLY and must be clearly identified as having been made from designs by Dennis Brady of DeBrady Glass Studios.

Any finished products made from these patterns MAY NOT under any circumstance be sold to any agent, representative, or business that will resell them, nor may they be placed on consignment or with anyone for speculative sale by anyone other than the original purchaser of the patterns.

A simple explanation of when you can sell what you make.

You are free to sell whatever you make from these patterns. Sell as many as you want. Sell them at Craft Shows, sell them to friends, sell them at flea markets, or wherever you can. But only YOU can sell them. You can NOT have a friend sell them for you. You can NOT sell them to anyone that will sell them to someone else. When you sell them, you MUST identify that the models you are selling, were made from designs by Dennis Brady of DeBrady Glass Studios
